
Strawberry Lemon Mimosa
A great champagne cocktail for your next summer brunch!This recipe is adapted from Julie Blanner.
Equipment
- Food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Strawberry purée
- 2 oz Lemonade
- 3 oz Chilled Champagne
- 1 Lemon for garnish
Instructions
Strawberry Purée
- Wash and hull your strawberries. Purée them in a blender or food processer.
Strawberry Lemon Mimosa
- Add strawberry purée to the bottom of your glass.
- Pour in 2 oz of lemonade.
- Top with chilled champagne.
- Slice the lemon and garnish.
